Governor's Warf Sunset

Sometimes chasing "light" is the best way to explain what photography means to me. I found myself taking to the car with no destination in mind to catch a glimpse of the sunset. I didn't even have anything in mind besides the fact that I wanted to watch the sunset. Yes, I was hoping for a more vibrant one, but that wasn't in the cards. Somehow I just found myself to the public dock at the foot of the Kennebunk River at Governor's Warf to see what spoke to me threw the lens. The act of surrounding to the moment was in hand. It was nice to catch some of the action at the dock. To smell the bait that only reminds me of a real working "Maine pier" is quite the smell that reminds me of the beauty of Coastal Maine.
