Solstice

Happy Solstice! It’s been quite the week...battling issues of the mind over heart and wondering if those who I really do love in this world have happily forgotten about me. Maybe, it’s cos I give from a big heart and was hoping to receive longer thank you’d and such. I’m not going to lie and say that things have been dancing with the sugar plum fairies excellent cos they haven’t. During times of transformation we tend to get lost in the dark thoughts of the mind when you'er faced with conditioning of old belief systems that are just not working any longer. I do know that I’ve made progress, but I can’t see it and just got to trust what I’m doing to increase the love and joy to radiate my true power...a little bit of self care with taking myself out to lunch at Empire on this foggy rainy day and looking for beauty in the moment...
