Free from Suffering

May all people be free from pain and suffering. May all people look within themselves to heal themselves first and for that to radiate onto others. Hatred is not going to end if we just condemn it and to say to ourselves that we can fix it. I beg to differ, we can by start to take responsibility of our own actions. We must heal the hatred inside of ourselves first and let that be the ripple of hope for others to rise up and to see that the power really lies within each and every one of us. Find that place deep within your heart that needs healing and love yourself first. It's really about honoring yourself first and being the light for others!  LOVE LOVE LOVE! Spread it, it's contagious! We must shift to LOVE triumphs HATE to make a difference for the world. Truth is the shift begins with each and everyone of us.
