Dandelion and Yoga...

I remember the first time I went to a yoga class, many moons ago, one of the first things that my instructor June said when I was getting ready to begin my practice was to set an intention that you can take with you threw out your practice. I immediately fell in love with the principle. Something about those words the first time I heard them, were music to my ears. Raw vibrant life to remind me to honor myself and to be present. Much like the art of cultivating and planting good seeds, watering them with self live and respect! Yoga was amazing and still is with the principles of planting good seeds and watering them with self love. As I look at a dandelion, the pretty white ones, they remind me of the innocent and playfulness of my childhood! I recall during the spring and summers to pick them up and blow on the seeds carrying our wishes away! Yes, we do have this playful innocent art of our youth inside of us. We do have the power of positive intentions with our words to create a happier and healthier Now. Go out and enjoy nature, raise the love and light vibrations. Find the small things that bring you JOY!
