Children and Our Future...
I had the privilege to listen to this amazing talk about children and toxins in the environment. Thanks to the Physicians for Social Responsibility’s Maine Chapter for hosting the talk at UNE’s Portland’s Campus. I was a co sponsor with the event with my photograph services! Wow, such an eye opener. Sad to say that new chemicals are introduced every year and the effects are traumatic to our health. As a new aunt to my nephew, I wonder what risks he will encounter in our changing society. Can we take the appropriate actions and listen to our hearts and make a change. We do have the power with voting and choosing to buy environmental friendly products with our wallets. It’s up to us to make a difference for the future of our planet!
