Reminders....

There is so much uncertainty right now, the weight of the world and other people opinions...wondering if we can ever be nice to one another regardless of what the other one is dealing with or looks like...I needed a pick me up with an inspirational bracelet that a friend gave me years ago! The words on it bring a calming effect and reminds me of the present moment and to stay mindful and grounded of what’s going on that I can’t control!
