If your out & about in Placida, Florida. I would highly recommend going to the Historic Placida Harbor to check it out. There's a lot to see in this quite old Florida fishing village that you wouldn't necessarily do if you just stop in for a bite to eat & think that there's nothing there to see. Let the adventure unfold for you & seek it out. Patience is the key. Take a step into Patsey's Crabs to check it out & see a real working dock, mullet season is here so it's the best time to witness the working dock to see what really goes on. Just remember that this is a working place & people there do work & don't want to be disturb. It's a great place to find a deal on local blue crabs & mullet if you taste buds are calling your craving. Don't forget to check out all the fishing boats at the end of the fishing village & see if you fancy going deep sea fishing on them. Check out the local galleries, there's some very talented artist in the area. Also, the Saturday Arts & Crafts Market is gearing up for all your made here items that are amazing. Go out & explore because there's more than meet the eye.
