I stumbled across this photo of Andy, one of the main dive instructors at Utila Dive Center (UDC), The Bay Islands in Honduras in
The Undersea Journal's First Quarter 2012 magazine (the PADI magazine you get with a Divemaster or higher certification). Apparently, UDC was awarded the PADI Instructor Development Award. If you want to learn how to Scuba Dive or received more certification, like I did cos I revived my Divemaster from them last January than UDC is the place to get it.
