Twilight at Parson's
Grateful to have attended such a powerful meditation at my friends office. Thanks to Melissa (http://www.melissaboyd.net/) with her mediate and donate series. I was blessed to sit with an incredible group of women to spread loving kindness and LOVE out to the world. Especially for the animals of the world and let's not forget to spread the love to the politicians, humanity crisis, environment, and all other walks of life. On my way home, I went to one of the beaches where I was just drawn too. When, I got to Parson's for some reason it reminded me of being out in the bush of South Africa at night time, especially on the those night drives and early morning ones. Breath in the air just transported me back there and the memories stirred deep in my heart arose. There's real beauty out there. Twilight was setting in, I went down to the beach where it was low tide and did some chakra cleaning and played with my camera. Moments in nature are good for the soul's growth. Be still, just be, all the being to be enough. Listen to those sounds of silence for your answers. They will guide you and don't forget to ask for help from the angels and loved ones who crossed. For it, it's in the silence that we hear the truth and know it, not the man made noise of other people's thoughts being broadcast onto us in such high frequencies. The energy is tough right now, I do know that. Many things are going on. Tough emotions arising, but if they didn't resurface, then they wouldn't want to get cleared. Listen to your own voice from within, it has a far greater than anything else. I do know about those soul cries and wanting to please others. It really come down to standing and owning your own power, not those beliefs from family, friends or society. It's about tapping into your authentic self! The world really needs you right now to shine and own your power! We are hear to spread the light from the darkness. Honor your beauty and truth! Be Here Now!
