I just did something amazing this morning! I went to beach yoga on Manasota Key, Englewood Beach, Florida. Yes, you can do yoga on the beach & the yogi in me just finally found my way to it. Yoga was offered by
Loving Light Yoga & you can make your way down to the beach, right across the street from the Lock & Key on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays. Class is by donation only. Today there was 190 people & it's a new record for them. Yes, it's offered all year long! Perfect way to start your day with getting in touch with your inner self!
