Can We Return Back To Love?

It's not about going around all day with a false perspective of a happy face, like the Walmart smily face for others to know that you are just one jolly go lucky person. It's not. It's not about the likes. Whatever emotion that you are feeling it's ok to feel it. You don't need to reach for that joint, bottle of booze, antidepressant pill to numb your pain, go on a shopping spree, sleep around with every possible suitor you come into contact with or tell the world off with more anger. It's not one bit. It's about learning to love yourself and stop pleasing others to satisfy their own needs and wants.

We are powerful beyond our wildest dreams. It's once we start to raise our frequency with the power of love then we make the world around us shift. Rather than starting your day off by reaching for your smart phone checking your email or the news take time to connect with the divine by meditation. The news has a lesser frequency than love and chances are it's not good to be on automatic pilot mode all day radiating the lesser energy. Take time to practice moments of stillness in the now to create a more positive future for yourself and the world around you. Reclaim your power back with the practice of mindfulness! Allow your senses to engage fully in what you are doing. Pay attention to your thoughts, what you are hearing, what you are smelling, what you are tasting, what you are seeing, and what you are feeling in the world. The power lies in your own heart to be the change that you want to see. Go on embrace it. The time not when if I get this or that. The moment is always in the Now, the Present Moment to reclaim your power back!

Our Deepest FearBy Marianne Williamson
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness
That most frightens us.
We ask ourselves
Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small
Does not serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking
So that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine,
As children do.
We were born to make manifest
The glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us;
It's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine,
We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we're liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.
