When Life Get's You Down?

The other day, I stumbled across this great Marie Forleo podcast. You could say that I was in a blues state, not knowing things. I will admit that I have been balling my eyes out lately, but you see this is part of my healing. Releasing tears is actually a good thing. I got told many times as a kid from my parents to stop crying when I get upset, for me, it's just natural and a way to release what I need to release in terms of emotions. This talk was great on a gloomy day for me. For one, I loved hearing others who have had sucidial depression have found the strength to look within to overcome it. Byron Katie's "The Work" is a great tool for that. I love to hear that I'm not alone on what I have experience with my own depression, yes mine too has been sucidial. Lately, I'm wondering if I really matter to people. Part of this is the artist fear of stepping out and showing myself to the world for me, not others. There's great resources out there for sure. Just be open to them. Someone's story may have an effect on you to heal yourself!
