Messages are Always...

“The next message you need is always right where you are.” ~Ram Dass This quote stuck in my head when I was driving to the Community House at Goose Rocks for yoga class with my friend Mindy. There's something raw and beautiful when lyrics speak to me while driving. A me moment would be cranking the music up and just listing to the lyrics and having them speak to me, more like speak to my Higher Self or Soul! There's rawness in this! It gives me a sense of peace in a way. Peace in the moment. Darkness is the fruit to bear light to the intentions that you set from within. I first learnt about "planting seeds", during my first yoga class where June talked about to set our intentions for our practice. The principle has really set with me. I soak in the ocean for a bit on my way and really enjoyed the stillness I found with an orange hint to the morning sky. "Shake it out, shake it out,

Loved the reminder from Tom Petty, "stand my ground". Yes, mountain pose allows me to stand and to own my power. Yoga your delicious healing the body, mind and soul! Thank you for the grounding that I need!
