Alaskan Memories...

I used to have the lyrics of George Michael's "Freedom" in my head when I used to go explore Gustavus. I would hit the Dock at around 6ish from the Sea Bird/Sea Lion to go indulge myself into Nature! One time I camped out there too, that was a pretty cool getaway from the Sea Lion. I recalled the sky felt like a canopy being dropped over me. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder! So much out there, moment by moment, no matter where you are in the world! Got to embrace the joy and small stuff...


















If anyone who knows me, knows that I get exited seeing whales! But Orcas or Killer Whales as they are called are actually the largest dolphins! There's something special about seeing a residential pod swimming along in Southeast Alaska! One summer I got snorted on by a bull (male) when I was on the bow of the catamaran! Whale loving is pure bliss!
